Roy Cates

Roy Lynn Cates, 68 of Carlisle died peacefully Aug. 20, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. Roy was born May 20, 1951 to Jeff and Gladys Cates and preceded in death by his loving wife, Libby Cates.

He is survived by his son, Jeffery Cates (Stacey), granddaughter, Rhyleigh, twin brother, Ray (Linda), sisters, Donna Rorex (Jim), Debbie Frisby (Howdy), nephews, Todd and Adam Rorex, Jodie, Matthew and Will Frisby, and Gary Campbell.

He was baptized and joined Park Hill Presbyterian church in NLR in 2016.

He will be dearly missed!

A special thanks to Arkansas Hospice for their expert and loving care they provided to Roy and family.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, Aug. 24th 10:00 am at the Carlisle Cemetery.
