Cynthia Arnold

December 13, 1968 — April 18, 2020

Little Rock

Cynthia Geneine Carter Arnold was born on December 13, 1968.  She was born to Helen Youngblood of Meridian MS and Dale and Judy Carter, SR. of Lonoke AR.  She had two brothers, Dale and Denise Carter, JR and Ricky and Erin Youngblood, both of Conway AR.

On Saturday, April 18th, Geneine Arnold was called home by our Lord and Savior to rest in eternal peace.  During the years between her birth and her passing, Geneine lived a full and blessed life.

On November 28, 2009, Geneine married her soulmate, best friend and the absolute love of her life, Melvin Morehead.  Melvin welcomed Geneine’s three children into his life and together they built a beautiful home and family.

Son, Jonathan Arnold of North Little Rock AR, father of Collins, Preston, and Laurel.

Daughter, Alyssa Carter, with husband Eugene Carter III of Jacksonville AR, who have children Skyla, Madison, Makaylin, Eugene, and Easton.  With a new son, Edge due in September.

Daughter, Teresa Dollar, with husband Devin Dollar in North Little Rock AR, along with their children Oakley, Elijah, and Boston.

And son Bradley Browning of Conway AR.

In addition to their home and children, Geneine and Melvin built a life around their businesses.   His, a towing service and her’s Carter Appraisal. A family business started by her father and continued through her hard work, dedication and love.  Her greatest desire was to make her Daddy proud by making the company successful.   They also shared a strong love for the outdoors and could often be found “jeeping.”  Her “Stiletto” is a familiar sight to us all as is their Harley Davidsons.  Even after taking a nasty spill a few years ago, Geneine’s love of life had her right back out there in no time.

With all their babies grown and raising babies of their own, Melvin and Geneine decided to fill the house with fur babies.   Tia, Tahobi, Cody and Cheyenne are all greatly missing their momma right now.

She was a good friend and person but an even better grandmother, mother, and wife.   She is leaving many people completely shattered.

As lost as everyone is, there is one comforting thought in everyone’s mind...Geneine was a Christian and had a strong faith that saw her through her daily journeys as well as every dire tribulation she faced.  We know she is Resting in Peace in the hands of Our Lord.
