Alice “Faye” Merice, 83, of Sherwood, Arkansas passed away at home on January 14, 2023. She was born in Carlisle, Arkansas on March 21, 1939, to the late Bruce and Ollie Raborn.

There they founded Publicaciones Biblicas de Mexico. This non-profit organization printed and distributed gospel tracts they mailed throughout Mexico, Central and South America. They ministered in Puebla until 1987, returning to North Little Rock due to Glenn’s health.

Following Glenn’s death, Faye married William Merice in June 1997, residing in Sherwood, AR. Both worked at Remington Arms in Lonoke. Faye retired from Remington after ten years. Bill and Faye have been faithful members of the Central Baptist Church of Sherwood and members of the Cook Sunday School class. In addition, they enjoyed traveling to visit family, taking cruises, and participating in bus tours sponsored by their church.
