William Ray New, 82, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on December 6, 2020. He was born on March 31, 1938 in Cabot, Arkansas to the late Wilburn and Vergie New.
He is survived in death by his wife, Martha New; sons, Billy, Jerry, Joe and Kavin New; brother, Wilburn New, Jr. and sister, Barbara Miller.
The family is planning a private burial at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
