Wanda Faye Phillips, 62, died December 14, 2017. She was born in Camden, Arkansas on July 23, 1955 to Reba Wake Waters and the late L.W. Waters. Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Jimmy Phillips, Sr.; children Jimmy (Becky) and Michele; siblings George Waters, Margie (late James) Sewell and Keith (Regina) Waters; also the loves of her life, grandchildren, Savannah, Emma, Addison, Nicholas and Noah; many nieces, nephews and sweet compassionate friends Cherry Tipton and Emma Carpenter.
She was a 1973 graduate of Pine Bluff High. She was of the Baptist faith; was an avid deer hunter, fisherman and hunting for arrowheads. She loved to garden and tend to her flowers that has been passed on from generation to generation. The love of her children kept her going.
