Vera Parnell
February 8, 1930 — December 13, 2014
Vera Jean Gable Parnell, 84, passed away December 13, 2014.
She loved to go fishing, work in her garden, quiltting, and going to deer camp with her niece and nephew. She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Parnell, Sr. and grandson, Timothy J. Parnell.
Survivors include her sons, Ronnie Parnell (Rita) and Virgil Parnell, Jr. (Michelle);
Granddaughter, Amy Jo Parnell; Great-granddaughters, Anna Marie Pannell (Jordan), Jessica Ellan Case and Ashley Parnell Harbison; sister, Bessie Gable Barber (Phillip); Brother Garland Gable (Martha); special niece, Judy Gable Gordon (Clifton); special ‘grandson’, Luke Evans; and a host of family and friends.
The family will receive friends 6 – 8pm, Monday night at Boyd Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 10:00 am, Tuesday, December 16 th at Boyd Funeral Home Chapel, Lonoke, with interment following in Brownsville Cemetery. Online guestbook, www.boydfuneralhome.net
