Stephen William Smith

Stephen William Smith, 35, of Sherwood, Arkansas, passed into the arms of his Lord and Savor on June 16, 2026. Stephen was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on June 19, 1990, to Ivan Smith and Catherine Harris.

Stephen grew up in Lonoke, Arkansas and graduated from Lonoke High School in 2008. He was also an attendee at Building Bridges and was well loved and enjoyed by everyone during his time there. Stephen loved the Razorbacks and the Dallas Cowboys, he enjoyed watching westerns, playing video games, fishing, and spending time with his many nieces and nephews.

Stephen is preceded in death his father, Ivan Dale Smith; grandparents, Robert E. Horton Jr., Peggy Ann Pearson; great grandparents, Robert E. Horton Sr., Susie Mae Todd Horton, Charles “Snook” Hamm, Nona Kae Hamm; and his aunt, Vicky Lynn Horton.

Left to cherish his precious memory, his mother, Catherine Ann Horton Harris of Lonoke; sister, Melissa Ann Chambers and her husband Scott; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be at 2:00pm, Friday, June 26, 2026, at the Lonoke Apostolic Church, located at 421 Eagle St. Lonoke.  Arrangements entrusted to Boyd Funeral Home.
