Stanley Joseph Todd, 74, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away into the arms of his Lord on June 20, 2026. Stan was born on November 12, 1951, in Jefferson City, Missouri to James Joseph Todd Sr. and Ellen Marie McClusky Todd.
Stan grew up in Lonoke, Arkansas and graduated from Lonoke High School. He then went on to be drafted by the Montreal Expos.
Stan loved being outside, going to the horse races, working in the yard, bird watching, and sitting on his dock watching the boats pass by. The most important and treasured thing to him was his time with his family.
Stan will be deeply missed by all his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by both his parents, James & Ellen Todd, his brother, Jimmy Joe Todd, sister-in-law, Paige Todd and his son, Matt Todd.
Left to cherish his precious memory, his loving wife of 38 years, Brenda Jean Canterberry Todd; daughter, Kelly (Wade) DeVinney; sons, Walt (Brett) Todd and Jeremy (Colleen) Todd; grandchildren, Tori, Will, Mallari, Taylor, Madison, Wyatt, and Isabelle; 10 great grandchildren and countless more family members and friends.
A visitation will be held at 10:00am, Wednesday, July 1, 2026. The Celebration of Life will follow at 11:00am at St. John The Baptist Catholic Church, located at 583 W. Grand Ave. Hot Springs, Arkansas.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the St. John The Baptist Catholic Church Building Fund. 538 W. Grand Ave. Suit A, Hot Springs, Arkansas 71901.
