Robert Keith Carter, 62, passed away Sunday, December 10, 2017 in Sherwood. He was born June 6, 1955 in Dermott Arkansas to Francine Breedlove and the late Marvin James Carter Sr. Robert is survived by his mother, son Vincent Carter, daughter Kimberly (Mitchell) Carter Harlan, siblings: Laura Lovell, Matt Carter, Reed (Nora) Breedlove, Sam Carter, Margaret (Bill) Rankin, Michelle (Martin) Isaac, Elizabeth “Liz” Carter Woods and Kaye Carter. He was preceded in death by father, grandparents Lercy and Mattie Breedlove, Jim and Lena Carter and brother Marvin James Carter Jr.
