Martha Ann Mills, 58, of Lonoke, AR peacefully passed away Sunday, January 7, 2018 at Baptist Hospital. She is survived by her spouse, Julius Finklea, and her children Yolanda Laster and Marvin Mills (Felicia) as well as her brother Robert Baker.
