Marilyn Genese Taylor, 80, of Lonoke, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2025. She was born August 31, 1944, in Des Arc, Arkansas to Elmer Woodrow Swink and Inez Macky Swink. She was one of 9 children.
Marilyn loved puzzles, word searches, animals, and browsing around a flea market.
She is survived by her daughter Teresa Horton White and nieces, Rena Hightower and Amanda Picard; several other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Inez Swink; husband, Peeler Edward Taylor; siblings, Bobby Swink, Glenda Swink Priest, Carolyn Swink Clark, James “Woody” Swink, Sharon Kay Swink Stock, Jerry Swink, Ruby Swink Prince, Virginia Swink Hawkins.
An open visitation from 2-5 will be Wednesday, July 9,2025. The funeral service will be at 11:00am Thursday, July 10, 2025, at Boyd Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
