Johnnie W Kelley, Jr.

Johnnie W. Kelley Jr., 67, of Lonoke, Arkansas passed away July 1, 2026, with his loving family by his side.

He was born to Johnnie W Kelley, Sr., and Dolores Watson Kelley Matthews on November 28, 1958, in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Johnnie worked for the Arkansas Democrat Gazette for 42 years and served in the Air Force Reserves for 8 years. Johnnie was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

Johnnie is preceded in death by both his parents.

Left to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Belinda Kuykendall Kelley; two sons, Patrick Kelley (Carolyn) of Aiken, South Carolina and George Kelley (Christina) of Lonoke, Arkansas; 5 grandchildren, Layne, Aydin, Tripp, Lilly and Xander; a brother, Danny Kelley of Shawnee, Oklahoma; a sister, Kathryn Potter of North Little Rock, Arkansas; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be at 12:00pm, July 7, 2026, with service following at 1:00pm at Boyd Funeral Home Chapel.  Arrangements entrusted to Boyd Funeral Home, Lonoke.
