James Edward Campbell

James Edward Campbell, 76 years old, of Huntsville, passed away on October 29, 2026. He was born on January 19, 1950, in Lonoke, to parents James Earnest Campbell and Margaret Hamm Campbell.

An accomplished musician, Ed began his musical journey by playing both the piano and organ while still in high school, starting in his own First Christian Church. After receiving a degree in music at U. A. L. R., he continued serving as an organist for a number of churches, culminating in Fayetteville at First Christian Church, where he joyfully praised God with his music for over forty years.

Ed is survived by his wife of 40 years, Felecia Valentine Campbell; his sister, Judy Campbell King and her husband Johnny and his step-daughter, Brenda Ross and his step-granddaughter, Cecilia Ross.

A private graveside service will be held on November 3rd, 2026 at Lonoke Cemetery with a memorial service at First Christian Church in Fayetteville at a later date.
