George Franklin Olinger, 95, of Carlisle, passed away Friday, March 30, 2018. Born February 22, 1923 in Trotwood, Ohio to Opal Kuns and Lewis Olinger. Preceded in death by parents, first wife, June, second wife, Laura and daughter, Lynn. Survivors include daughter Jill Cyr (Ted), grandchildren, Tod Cyr and Jennifer Hollingsworth.
