Frances Mills

Frances E. (Emmy) Mills, 61, of Lonoke passed away December 20, 2018. She was born July 11, 1957 in Fordyce, Arkansas to the late John W. Mills and Mary Martin Mills. She is preceded in death by a sister, June Gentry and a brother, J.C. Mills. She is survived by her siblings, Johnnie Mae McClanahan, Libby Anderson, Bill Mills, Jerry Mills and numerous nieces and nephews. A private celebration of Emmy’s life will be held at a later date.
