Frances Vann Balmain, 66, of Lonoke passed away Friday, December 22, 2017. She was born August 10, 1951 in Conway to Frank L. Nahlen and Margie D. Fleming. She was preceded in death by her son Michael Wolfe. Frances is survived by her husband Michael Balmain, daughter Lisa Loop, son-in-law Evan Loop, grandsons Brian Bell and Evan Loop, Jr., granddaughter Kendall Loop, sisters Pat Hoelzeman, Sylvia Heffington and Barbara Morris along with16 nieces and nephews. Frances owned and operated Dustbusters of Little Rock for 25 years.
