Eve Angeline Wilson

Eve Angeline Wilson, of Lonoke, Arkansas, passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2024, at home surrounded by her family. She was born on March 13, 1950, in McGhee, Arkansas, to Bill Stivers and Kathleen Stivers.

Eve had a huge farm and raised many different farm animals including ostriches, goats, peacocks, and rabbits, but she loved chickens the most. She passed down the love for farm animals and helped support her grandson’s business, Craig’s Critters. She loved giving chocolate and extra sweet coffee to her grandkids and great-grandkids. Eve also was a fantastic cook, especially chicken strips and pork chops. She loved having flowers around her home, there is not a flower she couldn’t name. 

She is survived by her children, James (Robin) Wilson, Karon (Eddie) Dugger and Kathy James; grandkids, Craig (Haley) Wilson, Blake (Haley) Wilson, Britini (Derek) Scott, Lance (Paige) Dugger, Candy (DJ) James, Dusty (Anna) James, Samantha Simmons, Katelyn Edwards and Cynthia Leland; great grandkids, Aubrey, Allie, Manning, Rase, Riley, Kyler, Presley, Paisley, Isabella and Graisonn; siblings, Buddy (Judy) Stivers, Fred (Rhonda) Stivers and Dulcina Sullivan; and best friend/sister, Rose Gerard.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Kathleen Stivers; siblings, Jody Stivers, Billy Jo Stivers, Alvin Stivers, JoAnn Shepherd, Alline Allen and Geraldine Hedrick; 

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Boyd Funeral Home in Lonoke, Arkansas. Graveside services will follow going to Brownsville Cemetery.

Visitation will be held the evening before on Tuesday, July 2, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
