Emil Mae Blackard, age 93, died July 6, 2019. She was a member of the Palm Street Church of Christ. Preceding in death are her husband James Blackard; son Charles Thomas Franks; daughter Carol Ann Scott; siblings Loyce Johnson, Earline Smith and Opal Boudra. She is survived by her son, Craig (Pam) Blackard; daughters, Peggy (Eleck) Bewley and Mary Moore; 11 grandchildren;14 great-grandchildren; and sisters Nadine Kennedy and Doloris Sidelko.
