Edith Wilson

Edith Moore Wilson, 92, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2013.
She was preceded in death by her parents, R.B. and Rena Moore; two brothers, Leroy and Marvin Moore; two sisters, Mary Brainard and Margaret Ponder; and her husband, Al Munroe Wilson.
She is survived by her sister, Jewel Crump; her daughter, Vicki Wilson Clement (Ronnie Clement); and two grandsons, Davis and Dany Clement.
In her life, she was a devoted member of two United Methodist congregations—Asbury, of Little Rock, and Concord, of Lonoke.
She retired from AT&T Teletype Corporation, and was a member of her local union, as well as the Arkansas Telephone Pioneers after her retirement.
She enjoyed baking karo-nut pies and rum cakes for her family and friends.
Visitation will be held at Boyd Funeral Home of Lonoke on Friday evening, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
Services will be held at Concord United Methodist Church on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 2:00 p.m., followed by interment at Concord Cemetery.
