Dinecia Ann Trickey Zeps, 78, of Des Arc, Arkansas passed away peacefully at home on April 7, 2026. Dinecia was born in Lonoke, Arkansas on February 2, 1948, to William and Polly Anna Trickey. She graduated from Lonoke High School and went on to receive her master’s in education and counseling, working for the Lonoke School District, Carlisle School District and finally the Des Arc School District as the guidance Counselor. Dinecia met the love of her life, Randall James Zeps while away at college and he followed her back to Lonoke and the two married in 1973. Spending 53 wonderful years together.
Dinecia was an avid reader and found much comfort in escaping into a good book. She also enjoyed their many trips to Greers Ferry where they spent a lot of time with family and friends swimming and boating. Her true passion was her children and grandchildren. She loved them with every ounce of her being.
Preceeding her in death are both her parents, Polly Anna Tomlinson Trickey and William Jessie “Dub” Trickey; her brothers, Bobby Lee Trickey and William Henry “Bill” Trickey; her sister, Phyllis Lynn Sieroslawski; her Mother and Father in Laws, Frank and Phyllis Zeps; and her son, Jordan Zeps.
Left to cherish her precious memory, her beloved husband Randy Zeps, of Des Arc, Arkansas; and sister-in-law, Jo Clemmons; her son, Jamie Zeps, of Heber Springs; and two grandchildren, Bentley and Easton.
