Debra Jenese Mealor, 65, of Carlisle, passed away Saturday, December 23, 2017. She was born November 21, 1952 in Peoria, IL to Charles Patterson and Peggy Martin. Debra was preceded in death by her parents. Survived by; daughter Cynthia Addison (Doug) and son Levi Morgan of Beebe; son Alan Crane (Christina) and son Fenwyck of Zebulon, GA. She was a long time member of Carlisle Heritage League and Walter’s Chapel Baptist church.
