Clifford Alberson
August 24, 1924 — June 8, 2014
Clifford Eugene Alberson, age 89, died June 8, 2014. He was a WWII decorated Veteran of the US Army, a recipient of the Purple Heart and Bronze Star medal and was a retired farmer. He is preceded in death by his parents James Forrest and Stella Mae Webster Alberson; wife Geneva Alberson; and three brothers, Bill, Lowe and Benny. Survivors include nieces and nephews, Debbie (David) Hauk of Carlisle, Mary (Chris) Edelman of Benton, Gordon (Lisa) Mutters of Van Buren, and LaRose (Larry) Karr of Sterling, Colorado, and numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be Wednesday, June 11 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Boyd Funeral Home, Lonoke. Burial will follow in Hamilton Cemetery. www.boydfueralhome.net.
