June 20, 1955 — October 17, 2014
Charlie Tumey, “Little Midget”, 59, passed away October 17, 2014. Survivors include his wife, Sandra Thrift Tumey; daughter Shawana Cessor(Daniel) of Hazen; three grandsons, TJ Tumey and Tyler Cessor both of Hazen and Jacob Dexter of Lonoke;2 granddaughters, Jessica Cessor of Hazen and Molly Brannon of Lonoke; 1 great-granddaughter Serenity Orell of Lonoke; 2 sisters, Linda Lawson and Becky Moffett both of Cabot and numerous other family members. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lucille and Lester Tumey; son, James Tumey and brother Derrell Tumey.
Charlie drove a big truck for 40 years. He loved the outdoors, and enjoyed taking his grandchildren hunting and fishing, and supporting them in anyway he could.
The family will receive friends 2-4 pm, Sunday at Boyd Funeral Home, Lonoke.
Funeral service will be 2:00 pm, Monday, October 20 th at Boyd Funeral Home Chapel with interment following in Hazen Cemetery. Online guestbook, wwwboydfuneralhome.net
