Cecil Ray Taylor, 83, passed away July 16, 2013. He was a maintenance mechanic at Timex, and Army veteran of the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Mary Jo Taylor of Jacksonville; two brothers, J.W. Taylor and Marion Taylor, both of California and his loving extended family; Bill (Margie) Hancock, Lonnie (Ashley Bryant) Hancock, Keith (Shannon) Hancock, Jerry (Ruby) Corley, Katy Kiesling and family, Pete Brown , Dr. John Daugherty and family.
The family will receive friends 6-8 pm, Wednesday at Boyd Funeral Home; funeral service will be 11:00 am Thursday, at Boyd Chapel with a committal service in Rest Hills Cemetery at 1:00 pm.
