Billy Ray Dunlap

Billy Ray Dunlap, 80, of Lonoke, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 22, 2024.   Billy had been retired from the Arkansas Department of Transportation for 18 years.  He loved any activity outdoors.  Hunting, fishing, working in his garden, planting flowers, sitting in a chair on the patio watching the birds in his back yard while sipping on a glass of tea or cup of coffee.  

Bill is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Martha Nipper Dunlap; his daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Mark Holloman; his son Kenny Ray Dunlap; his granddaughter and her husband, Tara and Marlon Dixon; great granddaughter, Landri Dixon.
