Betty Lou O’Cain, 94, of Lonoke, Arkansas, peacefully went to be with the Lord on May 5,2025. She was born on December 20, 1930, to Edward & Hazel Justice in England, Arkansas.
Betty was formally a RN at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock and later a Nursing Administer at Chambers Nursing Home and Comers Nursing Home in Carlisle.
She was one of the oldest members of the Lonoke Baptist Church, where she had been an active member for over 65 years.
Betty was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 44 years, Mac L. O’Cain in 1996; her parents James Edward and Hazel Justice; sisters, Carolyn Evans and Mary Ruth Justice; brother, J.E. Justice.
She is survived by her sons, Ronnie (Jodi) O’Cain of Lonoke, David O’Cain of DeValls Bluff, and Fletch (Tami) O’Cain of Cave City; grandchildren Sarah (Richard) Wallace, Corrie (Allison) O’Cain, Jessica O’Cain, Hayley (Darius) Scott, Sydney (Brian) Towle, and Bailey (Abe) Billanfante; and 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be at 9:00am, Friday, May 9, 2025, at the Lonoke Baptist Church, followed by the funeral service at 10:00am with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery.
