Alva Choate
November 22, 1922 — December 14, 2015
Alva Lee Choate, age 93, died December 14, 2015. She was a member of First Baptist Church in DeValls Bluff.
She is preceded in death by her husband Clarence Choate; brother, Walter Henderson and a sister, Nellie Henderson.
Survivors include her children, Homer (Patricia) Choate of DeValls Bluff, Judy (Jim) Walton of Illinois, Doris (Ron) Davis of Missouri and James Choate of DeValls Bluff; 13 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and six great great-grandchildren; siblings, Roy Henderson of Cabot and Ruby Young of Little Rock.
Family and Friends visitation, 6-8 p.m. Thursday, and Funeral Service Friday, December 18 at 2:00 p.m., all at Boyd Funeral Home, Lonoke. Burial will follow in Lonoke Cemetery. Online guest book, www.boydfuneralhome.net.
