Alberta Herring-Knowles
October 1, 1922 — February 11, 2015
Alberta Herring- Knowles, age 92, returned to her heavenly home on February 11, 2015.
She is preceded in death by her husband Charles Herring, daughter Helen Lokey and a grandson Curtis Herring. She leaves behind husband George Knowles, three sons, Vernon Herring, Danny (Joan) Herring and Charles (Diane) Herring, her daughter Shirley (Bill) Walker, ten grandchildren, 17 great- grand and one great great grandchild.
Visitation will be at Boyd Funeral Home, Lonoke, Thursday, February 12 from 6-8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 13 at Harvest Fellowship Church, officiated by Dale Carter. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Alberta’s life. Interment will follow in Carlisle Cemetery. www.boydfuneralhome.net.
